At Your Turn LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition.
• Items sold via auction, marked Final Sale, or listed as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
2. Once authorized, securely package the item(s) and use a trackable shipping method.
3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Prepaid return labels are not provided.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
• Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
